The epitome of elegance

Thai brand La Boutique recently celebrated its third anniversary and the opening of a new store at CentralWorld by launching a special collection dubbed “L’ Amour de Monaco”.
The collection, says creative director Patcharawat Trakansantikul, was inspired by the architecture of Monaco, the romantic city state that so warmly welcomed actress and style icon Grace Kelly when she married Prince Rainier in the 1950s. The story of her transition from superstar to member of the Grimaldi royal family is retold through a range of stylish outfits in true 1950s style finished with elaborate details like sequins and layers of fabric.
Fused with La Boutique’s signature touches of feminine classic flair, the short and long dresses are adorned with extravagant beadwork. A new line of accessories and bags serves to showcase the brand’s sense of style and are decorated with a star motif to symbolise elegance and confidence. The Star Dust is a soft-hued, star-shaped shoulder purse that’s guaranteed to turn heads, while the Mystique Bag, a book-shaped tote in black, hints at hidden charms,
The fashion show at Eden Zone, Central World was spectacular drew a large number of celebrities, among them Peechaya Wattanmontree, Treechada Petcharat, Amata Chittasenee, Chotika Wongvilas, MR Mannaruemas Yugala, Yardthip Ratchapal, Pimpisa Chiratiwat, Anchisa Vatcharapol, Thitima and Temfah Krisanayuth.
