Tria Re-Life Villa, the Bangkok health retreat centre that offers a holistic approach to well-being, is promoting a sustainable health solution to help the new generation balance their lives.
“Wellness consists of three elements: the elemental, structural, and emotional states interrelate to form a life balance,” says Kusalin “Wan” Lunchakornkul, the boss of the centre.
“We provide diverse programmes designed to meet the health care needs of individuals with tailor-made services, including consultations for exercise in the gym and massage in the spa section. We have been recognised by the Asia Spa Awards and have brought home the Medi-Spa of the Year title for two consecutive years.
“The highlight is our hydrotherapy zone where our jacuzzi, which is kept at 36 degrees Celsius, offers high-scale water pressure massage to relax the muscles, while our onsen stimulates the nerve systems. This boosts the white blood cells to help build immunity. We also offer radiation therapy to adjust the balance of the mind and spirit. We are the first to provide such a full range of services in Thailand.”
Kusalin was on stage during the press conference with medical expert Lakkhana Tavornroj and Kornkanok “Lek” Yongsakul, a famous celebrity and health-conscious icon.
Privy Council president and Statesman General Prem Tinsulanonda was on hand to cut the ribbon and declare the new centre officially open.
“Today, the health problems can be found among the young generation because of the imbalance in their lives, diet and exercise. We are combining modern medicine with alternative medicine and offer a physical check-up to study hormone levels and DNA markers, which will help predict health in the future and allow us to come up with prevention measures. We take care of the health at the cellular level with detoxification to provide clean and healthy results. We also offer a medical spa, fitness options and healthy food,” says Lakkhana.
“I work out 5 days a week and for a little over an hour a day. I run, practise yoga and do some fitness training. It’s important to get adequate rest, eat nutritious foods and reduce sugar and carbs, especially in the evening. I experienced the spa service here too and I found it very relaxing,” says Kornkanok.
