Yingluck Shinawatra claims that her increase in assets during her time as an MP is due to a loan from her brother in December 2014. Should the declaration not be based on the day she left office several months earlier?
Presumably she has not forgotten any generous gifts donated by her partner to her servants, as Thaksin did in 2001, and that his loan to her is well documented, unlike Thaksin’s alleged sale of his stock shares to his children in 2006. Does it include the frozen assets she denied having during the debate on the censure motion?
