A large stature, beauty and handsome appearance are of secondary importance. But to be strong vocally completes the aura.
Such people always have vindictive enemies and loyal friends, but depiction in a cartoon or ridicule by a comedian assures them they’ve arrived.
Winston Churchill was endowed with these qualities. He was not a product of academia and was even considered a dunce, but he had a powerful intellect and a great command of the English language to enhance his natural person.

Alas, she is the last UK leader of such stature. She’s had no successor.
Ronald Reagan was referred to as charming but it was his presence and persona that earned him the top job. Although he was good-looking too.

He’s already in cartoons and has his comedian admirers. Like Reagan, he’s a celebrity, not a politician, and like Reagan, he has presence and persona.
