A 'radicalised' Christian would be a desert hippie
San Bernardino, California, has become the latest site left reeling by a gun massacre, in which 14 completely innocent people were slain. The gunman and his wife were Muslims who had become radicalised.
“Radicalised” means being schooled in fundamentals. In this case, of course, that means being trained in the fundamentals of the ideology of Islam as taught by the Prophet.
There are many who claim, citing the Bible, that Christianity has a history of violence, but it does not. The Old Testament is in fact Jewish not Christian. Christianity is of the New Testament relating to Jesus Christ.
Were a Christian to become “radicalised”, schooled in the fundamentals as preached by Jesus Christ, he would become a harmless hippie, shuffling peacefully around the desert in sandals.
Therein lies the difference between two religions.
