Prayut is busy rubbing out past errors

Premier Prayut Chan-o-cha has dismissed rubber figurines made in his likeness as of “no commercial value”.

A rubber is used for erasing mistakes and to allow corrections to be made. General Prayut should have adopted that symbolism to denote his intentions to rub out the errors of his predecessors and to emphasise the ways in which he is now helping the people in the South. Those people were neglected by recent administrations, whose politicians now have the nerve to complain about Prayut’s actions.
