An ominous warning from Abhisit?

Speaking about the planned general election, Abhisit Vejjajiva said, “Voters would once again have a chance to make their choice. But if they made the same choice, they could not expect a different result.” 
Hmm, does this mean that if Pheu Thai wins, the Democrats will once again rock the boat and prod the military to launch a coup? I hope I am wrong. I do wish Khun Abhisit had been more specific in his words.
