The District Grill Room & Bar at Bangkok Marriott Hotel Sukhumvit is gearing up for the upcoming Songkran Festival with the Easter Indulgence brunch on April 16 that will serve families a myriad of ocean-fresh crustaceans and fish dishes.

The concept is to offer a visual culinary treat. The hotel’s District open kitchen has a variety of a la carte main dishes, ranging from Australian premium steak, New Zealand lamb chops, a wagyu truffle burger slider, honey ginger glazed whole roasted ham, grilled foie gras and seared Hokkaido scallops.

For seafood lovers the specialities will include grilled Canadian lobster cooked to order, fresh grilled sustainable organic prawns, fresh whole tuna carve, fine de clair oysters, Alaskan king crab legs and blue swimmer sand crab.

There will be a Easter Sunday market stall for lovers of sweets. The delights will include cotton candy, Easter cupcakes, Annette tuk-tuk ice-creams, Easter Bunny ice-cream sticks, a special Easter egg dish with truffle and prosciutto and carrot walnut cream cheese cakes.

The special Easter Brunch costs Bt2,800 per person or the unlimited premium beverage package costs Bt3,000 per person including a selection of Prosecco wines and beer and a choice of spirits and signature cocktails.
