The new app is set to revolutionise services available on the mobile platform through benefits that include convenience, speed and user-friendliness, with the company planning to join with partners further down the line in providing full-scale payment services needed in this digital age.
“U Choose offers a variety of functions including updates on real-time credit balance and spending, payment, both minimum and full payment, card usage alert, latest payment, card-usage statements, accumulated spending for each promotion and reward points, promotion registration, point redemption, and monthly payment reminder in bar-code format to facilitate payment,” says Thakorn Piyapan, chairman of Krungsri Consumer.
“Moreover, this application can provide our cardholders with location-based promotion alerts to remind them of not-to-be-missed perks and benefits they are entitled to in shops, restaurants and stores near where they are.
“The app was developed based on a study of consumer behaviours. With precise insights from our comprehensive database, the various functions cater to all the demands of today’s lifestyles, ensuring simple, fast and convenient service.”
