Giving the evening a competitive edge, Chiang Mai mixologists will make their cocktails in front of the guests and judges and the one chosen as the winner will become the hotel’s ultimate cocktail for a year and included on the regular menu.
Kitiphum, or Poon as he’s known to family and friends, will craft his flavourful cocktail Thai Sabai which mixes the namesake spirit with fresh lime juice, sugar syrup, Thai sweet basil leaves and a splash of soda. A DJ will be on hand to keep guests entertained.
Mekhong whisky is Thailand's first domestically produced branded golden spirit and is an excellent base for discerning cocktails.
