Michaels is a regular on ITV’s “This Morning”, BBC Radio’s “Weekend Kitchen” and the Food Network’s “The Big Eat”. The skilled chef is known as a champion of modern Greek cuisine and runs a pop-up restaurant in the UK serving his eight-course taster menu, as well as hosting private dinner parties.
On April 27, he will prepare five dishes from his Mediterranean favourites to enjoy with five selected wines from the hotel’s gastro lounge BarSu. The cost is Bt1,750 plus per person.
On April 28, he will collaborate with the hotel’s executive chef Gaetano Palumbo for a “Four Hands, Five Courses Dinner” at Rossini’s. Together, the two chefs will create a menu infused with their passion for high-quality ingredients, fresh flavours, and beautiful presentation. The cost is Bt3,750 plus per person including a selection of wines.
