Celebrate the unique taste and luscious texture of the prized seasonal harvest of Bassano for lunch and dinner in such dishes as Gourmet white asparagus risotto with home-made Italian sausage, Pan-seared black Cod with white asparagus, beans and Tarragon or Wagyu ribeye and white asparagus au gratin with porcini.
