Tenashar – the first Singaporean DJ and ranked among the world’s Top 100 DJs by DJ Mag– will be in Thailand this Thursday (July 27), manning the decks at Levels Club & Lounge on Sukhumvit Soi 11 from 9pm till late.
Tenashar – whose real name is Debbie Valerie Long – is a Singaporean EDM, electro house DJ and model of Spanish and Chinese descent. She started deejaying as an amateur in 2009 and became Avalon’s resident spinner two years later. She was soon gracing the covers of several magazines and gradually shot to fame as she toured the world. On her world tours, she has seduced fans from Mexico to Mongolia with her music.
Currently based in Hong Kong, Tenashar has occupied the studio of late, where her mashups and mixes have attracted more than 300,000 fans to her Facebook page, 450,000-plus views on YouTube and claimed the most downloaded Podcast on iTunes.
As one of Asia’s most sought after cover models for “FHM”, “Playboy” and “Hypertune”, she attracts a magnetic clique like no other – a real-crowd pleasing phenomenon.
