Move to exempt Thais from immigration form

As long as security concerns are truly addressed, this would certainly help greatly at peak times

Also, I have never seen the queue at the Thai passport side; always the foreign 
passport side is overcrowded. Doubt any Thai national had to wait 4 hours to clear 
immigration!
