Oktoberfest, which originated in Germany, is today also observed with joyous celebrations around the world, all of them modelled after the fabulous events in Munich. An important element in Bavarian culture, Oktoberfest has been held since the Middle Ages to serve a variety of beer and cuisine that is well-loved part of the whole celebration.
In Bangkok, Dutch chef Jarno will prepare some special dishes available only during Oktoberfest. Among the succulent palettes will be Crispy Roasted Knuckle of Pork with braised Red Cabbage and Mustard and Nurnberger Sausage with Sauerkraut and Mustard.
This promotion is available on September 30 for lunch and on October 1 for brunch and is priced at Bt1,750-plus per person.
