Eat, drink and be merry
International buffet restaurant Chatuchak Cafe at Centara Grand at Central Plaza Lat Phrao joins Germany in celebrating Oktoberfest – the world’s largest beer festival – with suds and German delicacies for both lunch and dinner from Tuesday (October 10) through October 19.
Diners can enjoy an array of traditional German Oktoberfest dishes in addition to the usual international buffet, including such hearty favourites as Bavarian sausage salad; smoked trout with cranberry-horseradish; roasted pork knuckles with caraway jus; “Fleisch Pflanzerl” seasoned beef patties with brown sauce and mustard; Sauerkraut with assorted Nuremberg sausages, Frankfurter sausage; smoked pork belly and Bavarian meat loaf with onion sauce and mustard.
The food-only buffet price is priced at Bt940-plus for lunch except for the Sunday brunch, which costs Bt1,400-pus. Dinner from Monday to Thursday is Bt1,100-plus going up to Bt1,400-plus on Friday and Sunday.
