Along with premium sake served at the correct temperature, diners will enjoy such dishes as red snapper soup with ginkgo nuts and sesame tofu, a selection of sashimi, grilled Spanish mackerel with Japanese cedar and shrimp, simmered monkfish liver jibu-ni, Sarashina fresh soba noodles served with barracuda sushi, and a choice of fruits and traditional desserts.
The six-course dinner nu starts at 6.30pm and is priced at Bt3,500 per person including sake pairing, bottled water and green tea.
