Tomorrowland Thailand has unveiled the first chefs, restaurants and contemporary food concepts set to join its December festival, bringing together leading Thai culinary names and Belgian specialities alongside its international music programme.
The food offering will range from multi-course dining experiences to Thai and Asian street food, cocktails and festival favourites, with two premium restaurant concepts leading the programme.
Papillon Restaurant by Baan Tepa will feature chef Chudaree “Tam” Debhakam, while B-EAT with Gaggan Anand will be led by chef Gaggan Anand.
Other participating chefs and restaurants include Pichaya “Pam” Soontornyanakij of Khao San Sek and Smoked, Sittikorn “Au” Chantop of AKKEE, Thitid “Ton” Tassanakajohn of Le Du Kaan, Weerawat “Num” Triyasenawat of Sra Bua and Teeradon “James” Supapunpinyo of Talayjai.
Nara Thai Cuisine and Blue Elephant will also join the culinary programme.
Papillon Restaurant by Baan Tepa will be located beside the lake within the festival grounds, offering a more private dining setting away from the main festival activity.
Its 3,800-baht-per-person package includes a welcome drink and water, bites, a first course, a second course, a main course with a choice of meat, fish or vegetarian dishes, and dessert. Additional drinks will be available for purchase.
Chudaree said the Tomorrowland collaboration offered an opportunity to take the spirit of Baan Tepa into a different setting while sharing the restaurant’s approach to Thai ingredients and flavours with an international audience.
B-EAT with Gaggan Anand will combine food, drinks and music, with a package priced at 2,900 baht per person.
The experience includes four curated tastings, one shooter, two crafted cocktails and water, with additional drinks available separately.
“Whatever you wear, whoever you are, you are here to dance, and we will make you dance with food,” Gaggan said.
Tomorrowland Thailand will also feature cocktails inspired by Thai food from Suchada “Fahbeer” Sopajaree, founder of Bangkok’s Lost in Thaislation.
Suchada previously took part in Tomorrowland Belgium and will bring her approach of translating familiar Thai flavours into cocktails to the Thailand festival.
Tomorrowland’s Belgian roots will feature through its signature butterfly-shaped Tomorrowland Waffle, developed with Belgian Michelin-star pastry chef Roger van Damme.
Belgian fries will also be served alongside Thai and Asian-inspired street food, burgers, kebabs and hotdogs. Vegetarian and plant-based choices will be available across the festival.
Reservations are required for Papillon Restaurant by Baan Tepa and B-EAT with Gaggan Anand.
Dining vouchers will go on sale through Tomorrowland’s official channels on October 15 at 3pm Thailand time, while other participating restaurants and chefs will serve food from stands around the festival grounds.
Tomorrowland Thailand 2026 will take place from December 11–13 at Wisdom Valley in Pattaya.
The event, Tomorrowland’s first full-scale festival in Asia, will be held under the “Consciencia” theme, built around six primal emotions: Wonder, Love, Anger, Joy, Desire and Sadness.
Organisers aim to welcome 150,000 festivalgoers over the three days.
