Experience Bangkok's iconic Pak Khlong Talat district in a fresh light with floral art, bespoke workshops, and exclusive dining by the river.
Creative agency Awakening, in collaboration with Yodpiman Riverwalk, has officially launched the inaugural Bangkok Flower Festival 2026.
Running until 27 September 2026, the 10-day event aims to reimagine the historic Pak Khlong Talat flower market through a blend of interactive art, immersive workshops, and floral-inspired gastronomy.
Operating daily from 15:00 to 22:00 at Yodpiman Riverwalk, the event covers thousands of square metres along the Chao Phraya River, offering visitors a fresh perspective on Bangkok's iconic floral district.
At the centre of the festival is The Flower Market, an air-conditioned floral hub located on the second floor.
Visitors can browse a curated selection of blooms—including gerberas, hydrangeas, roses, carnations, lilies, and lisianthus—to compose custom bouquets, packaged in specially designed paper cones.
The space is complemented by motion-graphic visual displays and the FANTA FANTASIES Bloom Cafe pop-up, featuring an exclusive collaboration with bakery brand SOURI.
Across the venue, art installations explore floral themes through diverse mediums. Featured artists include Parita Thanyasirin (Flowers in the Mist), TO SMiLE, The Tweedles, Yellow Building by ALT+R, and Driven to Bloom.
Automobile distributor Thonburi Phanich presents a unique installation incorporating luxury Mercedes-Benz CLE300 and GLC220d models into soft floral arrangements, while studio Artstractions hosts a collaborative large-scale canvas where attendees can add their own brushstrokes to create a collective artwork.
Beyond visual art, the festival offers hands-on cultural and lifestyle experiences. Rotating workshops throughout the event include herbal tea brewing hosted by traditional apothecary Ouay Un Osoth and floral scent extraction for spirit crafting with artisan brand Onson.
Food and beverage experiences are centred around the River Cafe & Market, offering dishes, desserts, and mocktails infused with botanical elements.
Visitors can also sample complimentary drinks, including Lavender Berry Bliss and Floral Bloom Berry, at the FANTA FANTASIES tasting booth.
For culinary enthusiasts, the festival features two exclusive, limited-seating fine dining pop-ups:
CHIM by Siam Wisdom: 19–20 September
Maison Dunand: 26–27 September
