The People's Network to Protect the Land will launch a signatures collection campaign to oppose the attempt to seek a royal pardon for former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra, reports say.
The police do not need to worry about the multicoloured shirts demonstrating against any pardon for Thaksin. The Red Guard has said that it has the authority to control all demonstrations.
