Floods will return before we know it

The Yingluck government must move quickly to recover the country’s industrial sector in the aftermath of this year’s flooding. PM Yingluck must also prepare the country for next year’s floods – which may come as early as May or June. You don’t have much time now.
A few Japanese companies have moved their production base from Thailand. Many others may be considering the same.
Hence, quickness and decisiveness are of the essence here. Stop putting it off or everything will be too late again.
