Anyone home at True Visions?

I have been trying since late November to contact True Visions Customer Care to obtain the American football playoff and Super Bowl game schedule set to broadcast early next year. Many of my friends from around the world who now live and work in Thailand are anxious to get this information as soon as possible so the party planning can begin.

True Visions abruptly dropped the ASN channel a couple of months ago without warning to subscribers but promised to work on a plan for future American sports broadcasts. Since the cancellation, NFL games, NASCAR, college football, NHL and other sports must be streamed or downloaded by fans from Internet by the thousands, which could affect Thailand’s precious bandwidth limitations.

Thank you The Nation for still covering American Football, but a developed country needs live coverage of the games.
