Use tea money for the benefit of all students

Education Minister Suchart is quite correct in saying "donations" could and even should be accepted by schools.
Providing, of course, the money is given to benefit the school and all pupils there. All donations must be given without strings and without a condition of preferential acceptance of “elite” children. All children in the eyes of God, hopefully the minister too, are equal and deserve equal opportunity based on merit. The idea of special classes for rich children, perhaps with different, more expensive, uniforms, is really despicable.
