One man and the fate of a nation

The argument over Thaksin's return seems eternal.

The question is: Will Thailand be more or less divided after his return?
There are largely two kinds of national leaders. The first are those who unite the people and lead them to peace and prosperity; while the others divide and rule. Thaksin seems to fall into the latter category. Thaksin is also the only Thai who uses and hires foreigners to discredit his home country. He has been shown to place love for himself over that for the country. Hence, the easiest way out seems to be for Thaksin to abandon Thailand altogether. If he comes back, there will be more chaos. But if he quits, Thailand will bounce back quicker than what’s happening in Burma.
Chaos or peace – it’s up to only one man now.
