Taking the problem to our neighbours

Former PM Thaksin has announced dates for red-shirt rallies in Cambodia and Laos.

He’s openly inviting Thais to attend. Are the respective governments of Thailand’s neighbouring countries aware that they are hosting rallies that may fan the flames of divisiveness and unrest within Thailand?
It would seem better for Laos and Cambodia to stay clear of Thailand’s internal affairs, and not allow Thaksin a platform for further sowing divisiveness. Or, perhaps there are advantages for Laos or Cambodia to enable red-shirt rallies in their countries – as it weakens Thailand. Would they allow other Thais or foreigners to hold political rallies in their countries?
Perhaps Thai authorities should reciprocate, by allowing Laotian and Cambodian political rallies to be held within Thailand.
