Unworthy of the position

On August 30 you published an interview with Jatuporn Promphan.

In his rambling monologue he claims to believe he deserves a seat in the Cabinet.
Nobody “deserves” the post of minister. It is not an award for being good (or bad, according to your point of view). It is a position of trust under the Crown, and should be filled by someone competent to administer a large organisation for the benefit of the country. And that person should have demonstrable skills in the matters of compromise necessary to politics.
In the first case, Jatuporn has no record of administering even a modest organisation. In the matter of political compromise, his record is totally negative. A worse choice would be hard to find.
