Don't hide your smile in Land of Smiles!

Some time ago I wrote to your illustrious newspaper about the fact that when you showed a photograph of visiting pop stars, invariably they were unsmiling and looking grumpy. The "Land of Smiles" it wasn't; at least for them.
I am happy to say that the photograph of the good-looking young men – the UK rock band Lawson – in Saturday’s newspaper was a change for the better. They were not smiling, but I am sure that if they were they would bring a smile to every reader’s face. “We just can’t wait to come to see everyone in Thailand,” one of them was reported to have said. Come on boys – give us a smile! You are coming to the Land of Smiles, you know.
