Democrats fear a fair fight

The other night I heard a Democrat spokesmen say on television that he was opposed to elections because he feared the Yingluck government would rig them. So I would like to make the following suggestion:
Why not agree to elections under international monitors who would see to it that they are fair? If the monitors conclude that the Yingluck government stole the election, then the result would be invalidated.
But the Democrats would never agree to that. They know that their policies, not corruption, are the reason they couldn’t win an election if their lives depended on it.
