Why tolerate expats who support insurrection?

Further to the debate on the deportation of Satish Seghal, what about all the expatriate letter-writers who publicly support criminal activity, the shutdown of Bangkok and the overthrow of the government?
While it’s one thing to disagree with the government – I’ve done that many times – it’s a totally different matter to support insurrection.
Where should the government draw the line with these people if they continuously abuse the privilege of living in this country?
