	Haven&rsquo;t drivers caused enough death and carnage from mobile phone use (and alcohol) already? I can imagine it now: my taxi driver talking on his mobile phone telling the caller to hold for a minute ... the TV show he&rsquo;s watching is almost over. I sure hope the Bt690 government set-top box vouchers can be used to purchase these devices!</div>
