More tests, supervision will improve Thai education. True or false?

To improve education there must be a solid, research-based understanding of what skills are needed in the future. Communication, media fluency, innovation, curiosity and literacy are among the skills workers increasingly need in most countries, according

Thai schools do not need more supervisors or tests. What they need are more sustainable connections with the working sector, more skill-based education, and skilful and innovative teachers and administrators. The life-long learning skills needed today cannot be based on the know-how of the past, or on the decisions of people who went to school in the days before virtual-learning environments and networks.
Digital-era learning will only increase, and hopefully people will willingly and rapidly gain skills that were unknown 15 years ago. Research is the best way to identify the loopholes in learning.
