More than just luck to Leicester’s ‘miracle’ ascent

I was the principal consultant for Ascent Management Training and Team Building in Bangkok, which visited the UK in September 2009 for a session with Leicester City Football Club. King Power had just taken over the club and it was not doing so well under then-manager Sven Goran-Eriksson. I congratulate them on a truly amazing run this season, to the top of the Premier League. 

Your report that an amulet is partly responsible for this success leads me to hope that perhaps Ascent too contributed something towards this meteoric rise in fortune – or maybe just to the power of the amulet.
