As we continue to witness on a daily basis the humanitarian crisis and heartrending atrocities being carried out in Syria, with a death toll estimated at over 450,000, including 50,000 children, and over 6 million people displaced within Syria, I am reminded of the words of Albert Einstein:
“The world will not be destroyed by those who do evil, but by those who watch them without doing anything.”
