As smoke becomes fire, time to ask straight question about US president

The idea that Russia colluded to influence the last US election was first “fake news” and an example of the inherent media bias against Trump.

When details of Obama’s “measured” reaction to intelligence reports emerged, Trump then criticised Obama for failing to take firmer action. So suddenly it’s not fake news? You can’t have it both ways!
Now with Trump Junior’s email revelation, the acrid smell of smoke is becoming overwhelming. There is definitely a fire somewhere!
Normally, “indiscretions” by family members are brushed off as inconsequential. But with Trump’s family having the president’s ear and so intimately involved with the running of White House affairs, this has serious implications. At best, we now know what we suspected all along, that Trump was the preferred candidate of America’s Cold War nemesis.
Surely the time has now come to ask the elephant-in-the-room question. Not, was there Russian collusion, but is this president in fact himself a Russian stooge?
