I&rsquo;m not sure what prompted Noah Zarcke to target Nigel Pike for supporting &ldquo;Brexit&rdquo; despite being resident in Thailand. We foreigners are sometimes criticised for expressing our views on current affairs in Thailand, but now poor Mr Pike is singled out for commenting upon important events in his home country. Sometimes you just can&rsquo;t win!
