Screen gun owners, not arm teachers

I am of the opinion that guns don’t kill people – people kill people. However, the pathetically weak gun laws in the US have allowed creeps weirdos, emotionally immature boys/men and mentally unstable people to obtain weapons. The [answer] is screening and an overhaul of the US gun laws.
Arming teachers is a useless suggestion. Teachers are there to teach – not to act as security!
The Florida school had armed security on the premises – he hid away too scared to move (coward).
