Robin Grant is outraged that scientists are developing food from animal cultures because he doesn’t think it will taste as good as the meat he now eats.
This should leave no doubt that Grant doesn’t give a damn that this new method of producing meat will put an end to the murder and torture of tens of billions of factory farmed animals. He doesn’t give a damn that it would mean enormous improvements for the environment and would probably end global warming. He doesn’t even give a damn that it would mean trillions of plants that the meat-eaters claim to care so much about would no longer be fed to livestock, which is the No 1 destroyer of plants.
If it doesn’t please his taste buds, Grant doesn’t give a damn about anything.
