Miss Thailand returns to woo Philippine tourists
Thailand’s representative in the Miss Universe pageant last month returned to the Philippines on Saturday to promote her country’s tourism.
Miss Universe Thailand 2016 Chalita Suansane attended the 24th Philippine Travel Agencies Association Travel Expo at the SMX Convention Center as tourism ambassador.
“I’m so glad to be back here again @Philippines,” Chalita wrote on Instagram, sharing a photo of her in a black Ralph Lauren suit with a single bag in tow.
“This is for you, @philippines ????. I love you. Thank You to so many all over for the support me. I wanted to make you smile at Philippines,” she added in a separate post of selfie with fans.
Chalita, who won online Miss Universe voting earning her a spot in the Top 13, earlier made headlines after arriving in the country with 17 suitcases.
She made it to the top six of the competition.
