Nok Air schedules may be changed to suit present situation: CEO
Nok Air has been flying on domestic routes as usual amid the Covid-19 crisis but flight schedules could be changed in line with the present situation, chief executive officer Wutthiphum Jurangkool said.
The airline has prioritised passenger safety, with seats being set apart at a proper distance and aircraft and 34 touch points being disinfected daily, he said.
Moreover, the airline is using high-efficiency particulate air filters in its aircraft, while airport buses are being sanitised as well, the CEO said.
In addition, Nok Air has issued measures to serve passengers in numerous cases, such as when flights are cancelled.
Passengers of cancelled flights have been allowed to change flights or routes once free of charge by November 30.
