Thai Phakdee, a group of royalists, gathered at the Sala Daeng intersection on Saturday to show their loyalty to the Royal Family and oppose the rewriting of the Constitution.
The group was led by Warong Dechgitvigrom, who had a critical role in levelling allegations against the deposed Yingluck Shinawatra government, and Haruethai Muangboonsri, a former singer, who claimed the conflicts in Thailand were backed by the US.
