Japanese man lone new Covid-19 case

The Centre for Covid-19 Situation Administration on Monday reported one new case in quarantine over a 24-hour period.

A 28-year-old Japanese man arrived on November 13 and suffered from stuffy nose, fatigue and diarrhoea symptoms on the very first day in an alternative state quarantine hotel in Bangkok where he tested positive.
Meanwhile, six patients have recovered and been discharged.
The total number of confirmed cases in Thailand increased to 3,875 (917 in state quarantine), 94 are in hospital, 3,721 have recovered and been discharged and 60 have died.
According to Worldometer, as of 10am on Monday, the total number of confirmed cases increased to 54.8 million (up by 490,610), 38.14 million have recovered, 15.35 million are active cases (98,809 in severe condition) and 1.32 million have died (up by 6,613).
Thailand ranks 151 for most cases in the world, while the US has the most number with 11.37 million, followed by India 8.84 million, Brazil 5.86 million, France 1.98 million and Russia 1.9 million.
