Thailand face Kyrgyzstan at 5pm in Asian Games volleyball

Thailand’s women’s volleyball team will face Kyrgyzstan at 5pm Thailand time on Thursday (September 17, 2026) in their second Pool C match at the 20th Asian Games in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan, after opening the tournament with a straight-sets victory over Mongolia.

The championship also secured Thailand’s first qualification for the women’s volleyball tournament at the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games.

Kyrgyzstan, meanwhile, head into Thursday’s match looking for their first victory of the Asian Games after their straight-sets defeat by Chinese Taipei.
