The event, held from July 28-30, 2024, at Chang Arena football stadium in Buriram province, featured a musical tribute performance and a magnificent fireworks display. The celebration also included public service activities such as a blood donation drive collecting 7,200 units of blood both at the event and in 10 participating hospitals. A charity food fair showcased 240 famous local restaurants from Buriram.
The musical tribute involved over 200 performers and musicians from Buriram, accompanied by a large orchestra blending with over 120 Isan musical instruments. Six famous footballers from Buriram United, including national team striker "Arm" Supachai Jaided, participated in the musical. Two renowned racing drivers, "Chip" Nakarin Atiratphuvapat and "Tee" Anupab Sarmoon, also volunteered for the event.
"Arm" Supachai Jaided expressed his feelings about the experience: "This is the first time that my teammates and I, six of us in total, have participated in such a grand musical tribute to honour the King. The show was spectacular, with impressive lights and sound. The story portrayed His Majesty's royal duties in various aspects, showcasing his dedication to the Thai people. I feel deeply touched by His Majesty's kindness and am proud to be part of this grand tribute performance."
The event attracted hundreds of thousands of attendees over the three days, demonstrating the public's devotion to the monarchy through this elaborate celebration.
