Creditors of JKN Global Group Public Company Limited (JKN) have two months from October 1, 2026 to submit repayment claims following an absolute receivership order by Thailand’s Central Bankruptcy Court, according to a notice published in the Royal Gazette.
The court issued the order on August 25, 2026 in red case No. L.7952/2569 under the Bankruptcy Act B.E. 2483 (1940).
The proceedings followed a bankruptcy petition filed by five plaintiffs: Krittaphat Murayat, Suphasuta Rattanasombun, Nipha Rueangrotsuphachai, Suriphon Sonluai and Sonthanaphat Suwannabang.
All JKN creditors seeking repayment must file claims
The official receiver’s notice requires all creditors seeking repayment in the JKN case to submit claims, regardless of whether they were among the plaintiffs who brought the proceedings.
Claims must be filed with the official receiver through the pleadings section of the Office of the Secretary at the Legal Execution Department, or through the Legal Execution Office responsible for the area where JKN is domiciled.
The Gazette notice specifies October 1, 2026 as the publication date from which the two-month filing period runs.
Receiver controls JKN’s business and assets
The official receiver has had sole authority to manage JKN’s business and assets since the court issued its August 25 order, under Section 22 of the Bankruptcy Act.
Anyone who owes money to JKN or holds company property must disclose details of those debts or assets to the official receiver within one month of learning of the receiver’s order, under Section 24/1. Failure to fulfil this disclosure obligation carries a fine of up to 200,000 baht under Section 173/1.
