“UNDER ONE MOON”

Bangkok, August 2026 – This Mid-Autumn Festival, Gaysorn Village celebrates the art of gifting and coming together with “Under One Moon”, a special collaboration between 1823 Tea Lounge by Ronnefeldt and internationally acclaimed Singaporean pastry chef Janice Wong, founder of 2am:dessertbar.

The collaboration brings together two distinct worlds of craftsmanship: more than 200 years of tea heritage from Ronnefeldt, the renowned German tea house founded in Frankfurt in 1823, and the contemporary creative vision of Chef Janice Wong, twice named Asia’s Best Pastry Chef and internationally recognised for redefining the boundaries between pastry, art and design.

For this year’s Mid-Autumn collection, Chef Janice Wong has worked with 1823 Tea Lounge by Ronnefeldt to translate a selection of Ronnefeldt teas into a collection of 4 sugar-free mooncakes.

Each flavour has been carefully created around the individual character, aroma and nuances of its selected tea, and paired with 4 teas experience to reveal another dimension of flavour with every bite and sip.

Earl Grey with Bergamot

A sophisticated expression of a timeless classic. This mooncake draws inspiration from an organic Earl Grey combining exquisitely malty Assam tea with the lively freshness of natural bergamot. Rich, elegant and beautifully balanced, it is a distinctive choice for those who appreciate the unmistakable character of fine black tea.

Honey Osmanthus with Sunshine Lady

Delicate honeyed osmanthus meets Sunshine Lady, a luxurious blend of full-bodied Ceylon and Indian black teas infused with exotic notes of mango and passion fruit. Its vibrant tropical aromas bring freshness and lift to the mooncake, finishing with a naturally gentle sweetness.

Pistachio Dates with Longan Morgan Tea

The rich, rounded flavours of pistachio and dates are balanced by Ronnefeldt’s signature Sencha green tea blend, layered with mango, citrus notes and flower petals. Light, fruity and floral, the tea brings an elegant freshness that complements the mooncake’s naturally fuller, nutty character.

Black Sesame Pecan Nuts with Gaysorn Blossom Tea

Earthy black sesame and pecan nuts are paired with Gaysorn Blossom Tea, an exclusive blend of Ceylon black tea delicately balanced with Thai lemongrass and ginger. Smooth tannins and aromatic herbal notes create a graceful, well-rounded finish, bringing a distinctly Asian character to Ronnefeldt’s tea craftsmanship.

All four mooncakes have been conceived to be enjoyed alongside teas specially selected by 1823 Tea Lounge by Ronnefeldt. Together, tea and mooncake create a layered tasting experience in which aroma, texture and flavour unfold from the first sip to the final bite.

The Under One Moon collection is presented in two gifting formats: a box of 4 mooncakes and a box of 8 mooncakes, which come with the special gift presentation accompanied by an exclusive Janice Wong Mooncake Plate, transforming the collection into a keepsake beyond the Mid-Autumn season.
