SC Asset launching 6 low-rises

SC Asset Corporation is launching six low-rise residential projects of detached homes and townhouses worth Bt8 billion during the remainder of the year to boost its presales to Bt10 billion this year.

The new projects are on Rama II, Rama IX-Srinakarin, Pinklao-Buddha Mondhol II and Pinklao-Phetkasem roads.
Chief executive officer Kree Dejchai said yesterday that one |project would debut this week. |The Bt540-million Vista Park Rama II estate on a 10-rai (1.6-hectare) site will have three-storey townhouses starting at Bt4.4 million per unit.

90% SOLD
This project is near the company’s Life Bangkok Boulevard Rama II project, which has already sold 90 per cent of its first phase.
Bangkok Boulevard Ratcha-phruek-Rattanathibet and Life Bangkok Boulevard Rama IX-Srinakarin will be available for presale next month, followed by Grand Bangkok Boulevard in three locations – Pinklao- Buddha Mondhol II Road, Pinklao-Phetkasem and Rama IX-Srinakarin – by year-end.
SC Asset logged presales of Bt7.24 billion in the first eight months, so it is confident that they will reach Bt10 billion and its revenue at least Bt8 billion this year.
The residential developer earned Bt353.75 million on revenue of Bt2.78 billion in the first half.
The company’s roadshow early this month in Hong Kong and Singapore for The Crest Sukhumvit 34 condominium project drew strong interest and a warm response from businesspeople and investors there. This represents the company’s success in creating a new customer base overseas, Kree said.
“We believe that demand for residences both low- and high-rise has continued to grow from both local and foreign buyers this year. This is better than the same period of last year, which faced the flood,” he said.
