Developer plans three in Bangkok, Chon Buri

Krisdamahanakorn plans to launch three new projects worth Bt2.5 billion in Bangkok and Chon Buri province in a bid to drive this year's revenue to Bt1.5 billion.

Managing director Wirat Aiew-Aksorn said one of the projects would be on Rama IX, Kris Extra Rama 9, worth Bt1.5 billion, and one would be a townhouse complex in Rangsit worth Bt200 million. The third will be a low-rise residential project including detached houses, duplexes and townhouses in Chon Buri province worth Bt800 million.
“We believe that our new launches combined with our existing residential projects for sale will drive our presales to Bt2 billion and revenue to Bt1.5 billion this year, up by more than 100 per cent from our revenue of Bt438.65 million last year,” he said.
The company has a backlog of homes already sold and awaiting transfer to customers worth Bt1.1 billion that will be delivered this year or next.
Krisdamahanakorn targets a return to profitability this year after recording a net loss of Bt89.46 million in 2012, Wirat said.
