AP (Thailand) is developing three townhouse projects under the Baan Klang Muang brand in Rattanathibeth, Lat Prod 71 and Ngam Wongwan with prices starting at Bt4.09 million per unit.
The company will introduce three projects in Live More Town House from July 25-31 at Central Lat Prod.
It will also showcase 11 existing townhouse projects worth Bt500 million at this event.
SC Asset project priced at Bt16m-Bt26m per unit
SC Asset Corporation is pricing its Grand Bangkok Boulevard Rama IX-Srinakarin project at Bt16 million-Bt26 million per unit.
The project is designed in a modern luxury style with contoured landscaping.
Thanasiri’s offers units priced at Bt1.79m each
Thanasiri Group is launching its first project in Sakhon Nakhon called Siri Village Sakolnakorn-Airport, offering single family homes starting at Bt1.79 million per unit.
The project is designed under the resort concept. It will have only 34 units worth Bt70 million.
Supalai offers promotions at midyear party
Supalai is holding a midyear party @ Supalai Park for Supalai Park Srinakarin from July 27-28.
Promotions at the event include an investment package guaranteeing a 6-per-cent return for the first two years in rental income, a fully furnished package and financial package with a zero interest rate for the first year.
