Pruksa takes bookings for new townhome

Pruksa Real Estate introduces its latest townhome, Privet Ramindar 117, at starting price Bt1.89 million per unit.

The units are designed in the modern aesthetic offering three bedrooms and two bathrooms with living room, dining, and kitchen. Each has usable space of between 103 square metres and 115 square metres. The project is open for booking.

Chanuntorn Development introduces its latest project, Mono Townhome, at a starting price of Bt1.89 million per unit.
The project located on Petchakasem Soi 39 is designed along modern style with usable space of 130 square metres on a 19.8 square wah plot. The project comprises 151 units on total land of 13.2 rai. Units are open for booking.
 
Presales open for Noble’s 28-storey condo project
Noble Development introduces its latest condominium, Noble Recole on Sukhumvit 19, at a starting price of Bt5.1 million per unit.
The 28-storey building, using 1.2 rai, is comprised of 288 units. There are two types of units available – one-bedroom units with usable space of 34 square metres and 45sqm, and two-bedroom units 62sqm and 69sqm in size.
The project will be open for presale on September 28 and construction will begin in August 2015 and should be completed by December 2018.  
 
Supalai Elite units start at Bt4.4 million
Supalai Plc introduces its latest Bt1.1 billion condominium project, Supalai Elite@Phayathai, with starting price of Bt4.4 million for one-bedroom 44sqm units.
The 31-storey project in a 2-rai plot is comprised of 258 units, which come in three types – one-bedroom at 44sqm and 61sqm; two-bedroom at 94sqm, and three-bedroom at 140sqm and 144 sqm. 
The project will go on presale on September 27-28. Building starts on May 2015 to be complete by January 2018.
