A perfect blend of past and present

Close your eyes, and imagine greenery. The sun shines through the leaves, creating soft shadows on the stone ground. Listen to the breeze as it blows through the canopy of big old trees.

Walk by the crystal-clear water in the shallow stepping-pond, and you will arrive at the big old timber door, which is the front door of your house.
This is the ideal atmosphere that everyone can dream of for their home, but this can actually become reality at  the Ashton Asoke project developed by Ananda Development.
During the initial stage of design, we were quite surprised to find a lot of old trees as much as 100 years old in the area. Along with this, the project area is right next to Siam Society, housing many of the country’s outstanding treasures.
This was the origin of our inspiration in defining the design concept of the entire project. We started the design together with the landscape architect and interior designer, since by doing so we would be jointly creating the key design concept for the whole project.
In the midst of all the rapid movement and hustle of the Asoke-Sukhumvit intersection, the design team has tried to preserve all the trees and enhance the atmosphere of a secluded green forest.
The landscape is designed with a roofless glass pavilion surrounding each tree, as in a masterpiece displayed in a museum. The resulting serenity and privacy creates a wonderful atmosphere in which residents can live the distinguished lifestyle that reflects their life’s achievements.
The building has been carefully carved and specially planned to look stunningly slim, giving a sense of elegant simplicity and serenity. The curved-glass corners emphasise the uniqueness of its pure form, doing away with the corner division lines of the windows on three sides.
The “Mysterious Sapphire” shade of dark-blue was carefully selected as the best colour for this valuable architecture, emphasising the sense of a sophisticated residential atmosphere.
The 1,300-square-metre amenity area is located on the 35th floor, the best height to enjoy Bangkok’s skyline.
We believe Ashton Asoke will not be just another premium housing development in which people purchase a unit and cannot wait to sell it on, but a valuable heritage investment that is owned for a lifetime and passed on to the next generation in a family.
This is why we have started everything related to Ashton Asoke from scratch – rethinking everything in all different dimensions to make sure we get the best results in every single aspect.
